Raspberry Pi Easter Egg - Moo

I estimate that by the time that this post is published, half the people that click on this post are programmers, coders and the like. Raspberry Pi is a self-contained computer, with the most astonishing feature being that fits in the palm of you hand, yet is no less than a conventional computer in terms of processing power.

For those who don't really know, what is a Raspberry Pi?

[From Wikipedia]
Raspberry Pi is a series of small single-board computers (SBCs) developed in the United Kingdom by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in association with Broadcom. The Raspberry Pi project originally leaned towards the promotion of teaching basic computer science in schools and in developing countries. The original model became more popular than anticipated, selling outside its target market for uses such as robotics. It is widely used in many areas, such as for weather monitoring, because of its low cost, modularity, and open design. It is typically used by computer and electronic hobbyists, due to its adoption of HDMI and USB devices.

The Easter Egg

On a Raspberry Pi, a Terminal is the thing you need to make the most of the mini-computer, and it is also the thing that you need to trigger this Easter Egg. When the Terminal is opened, we can type "aptitude moo", for the Terminal to respond with a blank "There are no Easter Eggs in this program.". But, adding a "-v" to the command making it "aptitude -v moo" it will respond with a slightly changed answer - "There really are no Easter Eggs in this program". We can then keep adding "v" after the "-v" in the command to get different answers, and if you can get there. You'll see this.
After this, if you keep adding "v"s, you will keep getting the same answer.
Raspberry Pi is, without a doubt, the best (and the only) mini-computer that I have ever used (I used a Raspberry Pi 3 for this) for programming, playing games, and as seen above for Easter Egg Hunts. We'll keep bringing you Easter Eggs to marvel at, as you keep your eyes peeled for another post.

Happy Hunting!
